Shayla and Afura make such a wonderful contrast throughout the series. They met as young goddess trainees and, in spite of almost completely opposite personalities, have a grand "best enemy" friendship that has lasted for eons. Nobody else could get away with elbowing Shayla, that's for certain. This cel's background is another wonderful example of the wonderful colors and patterns that set the scene of this decidedly "other" world.
